What? THE FLAT...
After having left the keys and other things in the entrance hall, we come into the spacious living room. Its very comfortable sofas 3+2 invite you to simply rest, read quietly one of the numerous books available, watch a DVD/TV on TV, or listen to your preferred music connecting your MP3 to the existing equipment. Or why not enjoying the wonderful sunset over the Guadiana River and Portugal drinking refreshment on the 6m² balcony with its table and comfortable chairs?
Leaving the living room behind, the first door leads us to the welcoming kitchen blue and yellow, in reference to the sea and the sun. Brand new just like the flat it has all the modern equipment: vitro ceramic hob, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher as well as dishes, glasses, cutlery, set of kitchen utensils, mixer, citrus fruits squeezer, toaster, coffee and tee kettles… 6 people can easily eat around the extending table with its 4 chairs and 2 stools. Like in many Andalusian houses, the kitchen is the neuralgic centre of the life and this one does not brake with the tradition: its 12m² speak for it! The flat was planned at the beginning to have an additional room but some works were made to enlarge the kitchen and the adjacent bedroom.
The second door of the hall is precisely the one of the first bedroom. Quite big, it offers 2 twin beds that can be put aside if needed and a sofa bed for 2. The huge embedded wardrobe with its 3 sliding doors has enough capacity to host clothes for 4 people. The window giving on the interior patio guaranties tranquility.
The complete bathroom with bathtub-shower and bidet is at the hall’s end.
Finally, the main bedroom is situated at the right of the bathroom. There is enough space left to put 1 or 2 cradles, on top of the already existing Queen Size double bed. Just like in the first bedroom, there is also a huge embedded wardrobe with its 3 sliding doors and a window on the quiet interior patio.
Not to forget is also the upstairs shared terrace which offers views that cannot be obstructed of the Guadiana River, Portugal, the harbor and Ayamonte’s city centre.
The flat is rent with an initial cleaning, complete linens for 6 people (bed sheets, sleeping bag, pillows and towels), mobile network coverage, cold/warm water, electric current 220-240V / 50Hz, portable clothes horse. In addition, first need products (shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper) are included just like basic breakfast products (milk, coffee, tea, biscuits).
To sum up, this brand new flat covering 80m² lets you stay in a pleasant and relaxing environment.
Its exceptional position 3min away on foot from the Municipal Zoo and at only 5min on foot from the heart of the town makes it the perfect lodging for families with children, as well as for those who want to relax and enjoy the beach, golf and the town .
In its immediate vicinity is all the convenience that one can require: coffee-bars, restaurants, supermarkets, newspaper stall, hairdresser, garage mechanic, medical centre, veterinary and sport centre. The bus stop for the beach is only 100m away.
In order to preserve the flat intact for the futures occupants, we kindly ask smokers to use the balcony, and to avoid that animals climb on the beds and sofas.
Also please respect the quietness of the building and the neighbourhood.
